You know what’s the best part of spring months? Placing out the spring fashion trends we can actually wear in our everyday lives! Stores are already trying to get rid of their winter stock to make room for the spring 2015 fashion trends that everybody will be wearing. There is something for everyone this spring. Hats and heels are great, but everyday fashion is a hit also. Before you say “not for me,” you can scream out loud “let me try it on” From jeans that everyone wears, to shirtdresses that remind the Fifties, to fringe that brings out the Sixties, fashion for Spring 2015 breathes new life into old favorites. The Seventies will be the returning era. Get ready for a relaxed 70s vibe with soft flowery fabrics, suede and mildly swirling pants… lots of bohemian chic looks featuring flowery patterns, fringes and tassels, bell sleeves and flared trousers … plenty of denim, navy and blue in flowing dresses, skirts and jackets.
Simplicity has always been a style inspiration. This year, kimono-inspired coats provide the simple structured look that is flattering for the triangle-shaped figure. Colors of choice are team blue, deep red, yellow and rich floral prints on black or dark backgrounds. Colourful blossoms on clothing is starting to become classic as we’ve seen year after year. There’s always a new incarnation of floral patterns and it’s big and it’s bold.
Belts will make more fluid clothes, more structure and a waist definition. It looks like gingham also is going to be very stylish this spring.
Yellow seems to be THE popular color this spring. Everyone would love to have a spring coat in yellow.
Many of you will be happy to know that flat shoes are making a comeback – gladiators, solid block heels and mules.
The key is to pick those trends that speak to you and mix them with your own unique style.
Which spring trends appeal to you? What do you like to wear? I would love to hear your comments.
