Spring Activities

The sun is back! The weather is warming up and everything’s turning green… Now you have the perfect chance to spend some quality time with your family in the great outdoors. Flower buds are starting to peek out. Birds are returning to the neighborhood. The sun feels warmer and brighter than it has in months. Leave those thoughts of rain behind. Spring is here and there are tons of activities to do. I can’t wait to start my spring bucket list with my family:

*Make flower crafts. Drying or pressing the beautiful blooms opens up a world of elegant crafts we can make together with the kids. We can make cards, soaps, and more.
*Ride a bike – This year, we will be teaching our kids to ride thir bikes without training wheels.
*Have a picnic at the park and blowing bubbles, for sure!
*Go camping for a day… Maybe in the backyarrd in a tent together with sleeping bags and flashlights.

*Fly a Kite! What kid (and adult) wouldn’t want to fly a kite on a nice windy day?
*Get your pitcher out and make lemonade with your kids or make a fruity dessert.
*Make a birdfeeder. Make some feathered friends. Bring the birds to your backyard with this fun craft you can do together. If you need help just click DIY Milk Carton Bird Feeder.
*Get the garden ready .. Now is the time to start planting flowers in the yard. Mow the grass. Pull weeds. Till flower beds. Replant and paint some rocks with water colors to decorate the garden.
*Visit a zoo or a farm. We spend many hours there in spring and summer.
*Learn new sport. Kick a ball, throw a Frisbee or whatever sports activity that you and your family can do.

Get excited for spring! Set the mood for the loveliest season.

What do you do on a beautiful Spring day? Share few activities, so I can have fun with my family.
