We All want quick and easy snacks for our families. Some of us want healthy ones, some don’t care. Me if I’m having
a snack I don’t care and I want to Enjoy every last bite. let me give you some of a visual of the ingredients.
1 package (21 1/2 oz.) Pillsbury Family Size Fudge Brownie Mix
1/3 cup Plus 1 tablespoon cold water
2 tablespoons butter softened
2 tablespoons warm water
1 package (6 1/4 oz ) King Arthur Buttercream
Fudge Frosting Mix
3 tablespoons of hot coffee
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package (6oz) or 1 cup semi sweet
1/2 cup walnuts chopped large
You Know I had to add this in. Actually it enhances the flavor of chocolate.
OVEN 375 ABOUT 36 BARS
Preheat Oven to 375
Generously grease a 13 x 9 inch pan just the bottom.
Prepare brownie mix using egg and 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon
water as directed on package.Spread in the bottom of greased 13 x 9 pan
Set aside.In a mixing bowl, blend butter 2 tablespoons of warm water.
1 package ( 6 1/4) Pkg ( Dry) King Arthur Buttercream Fudge Frosting mix
and coffee mix on low speed until everything is incorporated. Beat at medium speed until
everything is creamy about 1 or 2 minutes, scraping the bowl down occasionally Stir
in sour cream. If wanted now add the 1/2 cup walnuts Pour over brownie mix in 13 x 9
pan evenly.Sprinkle with chocolate chips over the whole pan. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30
minutes. I always check my baking on the time that is less first. Brownies will be soft to
touch and puffy and will begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool completely
